54 yr old male presented with LE blurred vision

 Questions

1) Based on above fundus photos what questions who you ask in PMH?

2) Does it look like PDR or RVO?

Answers

Diabetes/Hypertension/High Cholesterol

Looking at FFA and fundus images it appears that the arterial vessels are involved more than venous with signs of vascular sheathing

Presented with Rubeosis which was treated with PRP.

Vasculitic screen within normal limits.

On further questioning he had a recent flu vaccination therefore a diagnosis of post vaccination vasculitis was presumed.

Treatment with high dose oral prednisolone was given.
